London Apartment Vacation Photographic view of London apartment 41 Our last renovation was in March of 2008. We have added a British King Size bed to replace the British Queen Size bed. We have built a wall at the main king size bed to make an alcove for privacy and to keep the early morning sun from waking you up. There is a bathroom with a tub shower, a kitchen, a spacious living room with 2 couches, TV, Stereo etc. These flats are far more than studio apartments and each contain about 450 sq feet, about two times the size of the typical 3 star hotel room in London. Well located, 3 Star London hotels average about $250 US per night for two persons based on an exchange rate of 1.98 Triples are more like $300. This apartment offers value, space, comfort, and location. The location is the best in London. The book "London Walks" devotes 25% of its pages to Chelsea. We provide a personal cell telephone for your use. It receives calls from anyone without deducting for the minutes on incoming calls. It is possible to call North America for 20 pence (40cents) per minute.
You can sleep up to 4 persons with comfort in our spacious London convertible studio apartments. The Sofa in the left picture makes into a double. The chair pictured on the right makes into a single bed. Max capacity is still 4 persons. We will make exceptions for small children only.
There is a $10 per person/ night surcharge for 3rd and 4th persons. (based on how many beds are made available--one king size bed is prepared for two persons.) There is a $150 refundable key/damage deposit for each rental. Prices are in $ based on an exchange rate of 1.98/£ Prices will be raised after a 5% difference occurs from that rate.

We strongly recommend cancellation insurance. We have made an investigation of various insurance companies and like what we see with Travelex Insurance Services. You can go into their web site directly from here so bookmark us first so you do not loose. Travelex will ask you if you are working with an agent and what is that agent's location number. Our agent location number is 30-6181 and you must use it to purchase cancellation insurance for any of our products. The coverage is quite comprehensive and we recommend you look through their web site before purchasing the insurance to see exactly what you want.
