We have added a British King Size bed to replace the former Queen size bed. There is a new refrigerator and new stove. Each London Vacation Apartment has the same basic floor plan. There is a bathroom, a kitchen, an alcove with a king size bed which is separate from a living room with it's two couches, TV, Stereo etc. These London Vacation Apartments are far more than studio apartments. They are suites about 400 sq feet, about two times the size of the typical 3 star hotel room in London. Well located 3 Star London hotels average about $250 US per night for two persons based on an exchange rate of 1.98. Triples are more like $300.
You can sleep up to 4 persons with comfort in our London Vacation Apartments.
Our kitchen is equipped for cooking including microwave. coffee maker, tea pot, 4 burner stove, full oven and broiler. The cooking utensils are intended for light cooking. The bathroom has a tub shower and heated towel rack. Forgive the finger in the center photo. We did not catch the mistake until we got home.
This apartment is equipped with a mobile(cell) telephone for your convenience. It is a pay as you go telephone that is easily rechargeable at several stores near the apartment. You incoming calls are free including international. You can call the USA and Canada for 20P per minute. Calls within the UK are 15P per minute for the first 5 minutes each day and 5P per minute for all the rest that day. You can call the USA or Canada and talk for 5 minutes for £ 1
There is a $10 per person/ night surcharge for 3rd and 4th persons. (based on how many beds are made available--one king size bed is prepared for two persons.) There is a $150 refundable key/phone/damage deposit for each rental. Prices are in $ based on an exchange rate of 1.98/£ Prices will be raised after a 5% difference occurs from that rate.

We strongly recommend cancellation insurance. We have made an investigation of various insurance companies and like what we see with Travelex Insurance Services. You can go into their web site directly from here so bookmark us first so you do not loose. Travelex will ask you if you are working with an agent and what is that agent's location number. Our agent location number is 30-6181 and you must use it to purchase cancellation insurance for any of our products. The coverage is quite comprehensive and we recommend you look through their web site before purchasing the insurance to see exactly what you want.
