The last renovation was the Spring of 2004.  We have added a British King Size bed to replace the former Queen size bed.  There is a new refrigerator and new stove.   Each London Vacation Apartment has the same basic floor plan.  There is a bathroom, a kitchen, an alcove with a king size bed  which is separate from a living room with it's two couches, TV, Stereo etc.  These London Vacation Apartments are far more than studio apartments and each contain about 400 sq feet, about two times the size of the typical 3 star hotel room in London.  3 Star London hotels average about $275 US per night for two persons based on an exchange rate of 2 for 1.  Triples are more like $320.

You can sleep up to 4 persons with comfort in our London Vacation Apartments.

Our kitchen is equipped for light cooking including microwave. coffee maker, tea pot, 4 burner stove, full oven and broiler.   The bathroom has a tub shower and heated towel rack.

Regular Go As you please Rates for Interliners.

4 person Maximum.

Clients are provided with a personal Mobile Telephone (cell phone) for their personal use in London.  It receives calls automatically without a per minute fee for incoming calls.   They are free.  Outgoing calls are 15 pence per minutefor local calls and 20 pence per minute or calls back to North America.  This means call the USA or Canada for £ 1 per minute.

*Stays less than 7 nights add $90 cleaning fee other wise only add only $50 for cleaning. There is a $10 per person/ night surcharge for 3rd and 4th persons.  (based on how many beds are made available--one king size bed is prepared for two persons.) There is a $200 refundable key/damage deposit for each rental. Prices are in $ based on an exchange rate of 2.00/£ as calculated by Ruesch International for the purchase of foreign exchange.   This is a higher rate then the bank rate in the newspaper.   Prices will be raised after  a 5% difference occurs from that rate.
