Full is required. The $150 Key Damage Deposit will be returned to me via
mail within six weeks of my returning the keys provided that:
1. We leave the apartment at the check out time of 9:30 a.m. so that the
cleaning crew can make the apartment ready for the next guests who arrive this
same morning.
2. The keys are returned in a timely fashion, within 5 days of the clients
check out unless otherwise arranged. In the event of the rentals of both
London and Paris on the same itinerary, the keys are due back within one week of
the check out of the second apartment. Keys must be sent back to our
office.
3. That there is no damage done to the apartment other than normal
wear and tear.

I have also been informed and agree to the cancellation policies listed below
For cancellations 90 days or more before the arrival date there is a $200
cancellation fee.
For cancellations between 60 and 90 days before arrival the cancellation fee
is 50% of the total rental costs ($250 minimum). These fees apply whether or not we
re-rent the apartment.
Within 60 days the full costs of the apartment will apply.
All cancellations must be in writing to American Dream
Vacations.
